Bikram

Bikram Yoga, distinguished by its practice of 26 postures in a heated room, offers a rigorous form of physical exercise to enhance flexibility, strength and mental endurance.

 

Practitioners perform a sequence of 26 poses twice, along with two breathing exercises. This repetition is designed to improve muscle memory and deepen the practice's impact on the body's systems. The controlled, heated environment also encourages sweating, which purportedly aids in detoxification.

Hot Vinyasa

Hot Vinyasa Yoga is an invigorating fusion of traditional Vinyasa yoga flow and a hot yoga heated environment, offering a dynamic and challenging yoga experience. This practice not only enhances physical strength and

 flexibility but also promotes mental focus and discipline.

Yin yoga involves holding poses for a long time. Slow, steady movements can help to relax your muscles and joints. After you try this type of yoga, you'll feel yourself stretch out and relax.

Hot Mat Pilates

Hot Mat Pilates is a full-body workout that combines traditional Pilates movements with heat to increase circulation, flexibility, and muscle strength.

 

Hot Mat Pilates can help you build core strength, improve balance, and develop long, lean muscles. The heat also helps warm up your muscles and make them more pliable.
