Christina F.
Movement has always been a central part of my life. Growing up dancing, I discovered the power of expressing myself through intentional movement.
Life has taken me on some very wild rides, and when I found yoga in my early 20s, I knew it would become an integral part of my path. The connection of breath to movement, body to spirit, and the pursuit of inner peace have been transformative for me—yoga has truly saved me. It’s my passion to share this practice with others.
I’ve completed two 200-hour teacher trainings, along with several shorter certifications in movement. I’ve been teaching for nearly four years now and it is my favorite thing, ever.
Yoga Instructor
Dustin L.
As a lifelong athlete, I hold a passion for mental and physical health and wellness. My journey with yoga began in 2015 when I took my first Sunday morning Baptiste Power Vinyasa class offered at my CrossFit gym. This class quickly became an essential part of my self-care routine. During life’s challenging moments, I've always turned toward yoga as the way to navigate back to myself. In 2023, I began exploring Hatha, Yin, Restorative, and Ashtanga practices and completed my first 200-hour teacher training in May 2024. I believe in the power of yoga to cultivate strength, flexibility, and mindfulness both on and off the mat. I also hold a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer certification.
Yoga Instructor
Lisa K.
As a Registered Nurse with a lifelong passion for health and fitness, I’m thrilled to be joining forces with my sister to open Hot Sisters Yoga, where we can share our love for wellness with the Granite Bay community. My journey with yoga began over 15 years ago when I was first introduced to the dynamic and energizing Vinyasa style. I was immediately captivated by the physical challenge it presented, as well as the mental discipline and clarity it fostered.
Recently, I completed my 200-hour Vinyasa teacher training, solidifying my commitment to this practice and deepening my knowledge. At Sisters Yoga, I’m excited to help others discover the transformative power of yoga—whether it’s building physical strength, improving flexibility, or finding mental peace.
My background as a nurse has given me a unique understanding of the human body and the importance of holistic health. This perspective informs my teaching, ensuring that our studio is a safe, welcoming space for all levels of practitioners. I can’t wait to embark on this journey with you and help our community grow stronger, both physically and mentally, through the practice of yoga.
Yoga Instructor
Lori S.
With a diverse background in health and fitness, I have dedicated my life to exploring and practicing various styles of yoga and Pilates. My classes are infused with an athletic flair, and I deliver the full dialogue to guide practitioners through each posture. I am passionate about helping others discover the transformative power of yoga and nurturing their journey toward wellness. I’m excited to come together as a community and deliver quality classes that foster connection, growth, and well-being in Granite Bay.

Yoga Instructor
Traci D.
My name is Traci and I have been practicing yoga for over 14 years. I became inspired to begin teaching yoga due to personal growth and the love I have for sharing the tremendous benefits of yoga with others. I most enjoy seeing members grow in connection with their mind, body, and spirit. I also enjoy the challenge and creativity with designing my classes to make them accessible for all. In my Vinyasa Yoga classes, people can expect to be accepted, encouraged, challenged, and to gain more flexibility, strength, and body awareness. I also enjoy paddle boarding, spending time with my kids, and walking our dogs at the lake. I am also a teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing.
Yoga Instructor
Steph Marie B.
My name is Steph Marie and I love yoga. I love teaching. I love practicing. I love a slow flow and I love to get things moving.
I am a straight forward teacher and human. I am the same human whether the mic is on or off. Some people love this about me and some people don’t ha! But I’m ok with it either way because I love this about me and I’m the only one stuck with me!
I am a huge fan of integrity, authenticity and soul connections because in my mind, everything else is a waste of time…mine and yours.
Our time here on planet Earth is short and my hope in teaching yoga is to inspire others to live a life of integrity, authenticity and intention!!
Yoga Instructor
Victor C.
I started my yoga journey in 2011. I was first convinced to try yoga by my significant other. I came from a sedentary lifestyle and was inflexible. Initially I was drawn most to Yin Yoga because I liked that it was accessible for all body types the deep connection to breath. Overtime, my practice started to include the more active practice of Bikram Style yoga. I fell in love with Bikram Style practice in 2014 because I was able to connect the meditative and breath work qualities of Yin to a more active Yang practice. From then on, I’ve been hooked and practice Bikram style classes 4-5 times per week. Since I started practicing on a regular basis, I’ve noticed an increase in my mental focus and energy level, and an overall happier mood. I became more flexible over time and also lost 45 pounds.
I initially became interested in teacher training because I wanted to gain a deeper understanding of each posture in the series and how to make each posture more accessible to all body types, and to pass this knowledge on to my fellow yogis. We all have different body types and are at varying places in our yoga journey. My goal is to make Bikram Style yoga accessible to all. One of the things that makes me happiest is seeing yogis making progress in their personal yoga journeys. This can mean different things for each person such as increased strength and flexibility, improved mood, improved mental focus, or increased awareness of the body and breath.
